OH, GLEE
So I FINALLY caught up on Glee.
OH, GLEE.
That show has been an interesting roller coaster for me, because I adored the pilot (I think? Maybe I just really liked it, or found it acceptable) but the first couple of episodes after that were slow for me. I didn't really like Rachel at all, or Finn. But, since everyone is all on the Glee!Boat, I figured, MIGHT AS WELL TRY HARDER. So I did. And?
I kind of loved it. I think?
I REALLY love Will. About the time when he was singing the Thong song (a song I don't even like!) I realized I was giggling madly and rather enchanted.
I quite enjoy Puck, because he's struggling with the weight of low expectations and still trying to do the right thing.
I have even grown a bit fond of Rachel and Finn. :P Finn broke through to me first (I thought the drugged up performance of It's my Life was hilarious), but Rachel, too, is growing on me (I think I like her, situationally... she was great during the whole ballad/crush incident and in her interaction with Puck, but iffy for me at other times).
OH, GLEE. What am I going to do with this show?
p.s. I SO love Kristin Chenoweth. If only Idina would stop by next.
