2qts broth
3 lbs baking potatoes, diced
1/2lb carrots, diced
1/4lb celery
10 cloves garlic, peeled
1lb red onions, diced
2T dried rosemary
2t white pepper
Cook potatoes, broth, carrots, celery and rosemary until potatoes are tender, drain all but 3c of liquid. Set aside. Saute garlic & onions until golden brown. Place in blender. Add to potatoes & add pepper. Heat until potatoes fall apart, adding more broth. Put all in blender.
