Subjects? Who needs subjects?

So, I really don't post in this journal. In fact, I haven't kept a journal since...wow...xanga, back in high school. I am just not good at keeping up with stuff. My deviantart journal gets about 1 update a year. On my birthday. Basically it says 'Hey, another year has passed without me saying anything. Hooray?'

So I am making an effort to post stuff to my LJ from now on. No one reads it, and that's fine. But I love reading old entries from my xanga and remembering things I had since forgot. So here's hoping I don't totally flake out and that I have something interesting to say in future updates.

Let's establish a base, first.

I'm Sarah. People call me 'S' online. Some call me 'Quiche' or 'Quichey' in real life (Don't ask). Some call me 'Handsy', based on my last name. A select few call me 'Ballz' because of a long ago affection for a certain anime. One calls me 'Pooh' and he's the only one allowed to do so.

I'm 25. I live in an apartment in PA and have a wonderful roommate named Kyle. We are fabulous.

I like many things. These include but are not limited to; cooking, eating, reading, comedy (performing or watching), acting, laughing, sunshine, thunderstorms, traveling, music, singing, drawing, good tattoos, daydreaming, sleeping, combat boots and kilts. Especially kilts on men. Mm.

I dislike things too. These include but are not limited to; drama, conflict, people being embarrassed (especially for the entertainment of others), cruelty, gray days, being bored, aspertame, bad drivers, bad tattoos, being in one place too long and having to wait for things I really want.

I work as a photographer for Olan Mills. It's a pretty good job and I like my boss. I've been there for just over a year and we'll see where it takes me.

I am lazy at times, but I sometimes get bursts of energy and get a ton of things done. This happens rarely, but when it does it's awesome. I'm getting one of those bursts right now, and think I may just walk to the library or possibly sit outside and draw. Yup, that sounds good.

Sarah Signing Off.
