Back to School
So far, school has been good so far.
Normally I'm pretty nervous the first time I go to classes but for some reason I wasn't. Spanish wasn't too bad. I could understand most of what she was saying which I think is pretty good for not having Spanish for 4 years. Current Weather Discussion class felt like a reunion. I know almost everyone in there and I've had the teacher last semester. Talked about T.S. Ernesto...exciting stuff! Signed up for the FSU ch. 4 weather show, so hopefully I get to help out or go on-air. Myth was interesting, teacher seems like a ditz. Kyle thinks she looks like Drew Barrymore but I think Kirsten Dunst. Physical Climatology was good. Knew some people in there. Teacher seems enthusiastic. Atmospheric Physics I freaked me out a little though. Half of my class is grad students. My section of MET4420 is considered MET4420/5425. One of the students in the class is going for his PhD right now and has already published a bunch of articles and written a book. Let's hope that the class won't be too difficult. Other than that, the teacher seems enthusiastic as well. This is the semester that I have all female prof. except one.....especially meteorology department.
