thank goodness it is a scoring system instead of choosing one or the other, in this fandom, that would be like choosing between ice cream & chocolate lol

You're asking the tough questions now. Now I'm all worried that people who don't like the pairing will vote low because they didn't enjoy it, even though they think it's a good fic.
I'd say go with how good you think the fic is...which hopefully means you've enjoyed it, too, but I can see how it might not.

That's the thing - I have one pairing love in this fandom, and a couple of pairings I'm really not enamoured of, though I'll give them a go, so sheer enjoyment wouldn't be a very fair scoring, for me at least. But I can be subjective and vote on how good I think a story is. I just might have to think a while - tough thing, this voting!

I'm dithering over the voting! Is this strictly 'enjoyment', or more how good we think the story is? Because the two don't always tally...
