54th Chore [Video / Action for Goldenrod]
[Today on MAGNETON CAM, a costume shop! One that appears to be specialized toward rather... unique costumes. In fact, Hayate is currently wearing a odd looking helmet as he strikes a dramatic pose.]
This is no ordinary helmet... With this, I can train and cook three times as fast--!
Hayate! Hayate! I can't believe there're so many things to choose from! It's amazing!! [And then Yayoi pops into view, wearing no less than parts from TEN costumes, including a Pac-Man helmet, a drill arm, a glove that looks like half of a burger, and a samurai sword. She blinks at Hayate.]
Wow... um, what's that helmet from?
Yeah, there sure is a lot! And it's actually a lot like a helmet that Char wears in-- WHOA?! [That would be Hayate actually turning to Yayoi and seeing her decked out in that chimeric combo of costumes.]
Umm... Yayoi...? I... I think maybe you should focus on trying on one at a time for now... Because, um... There's overkill, and then there is... well... what you have on right now.
Uuu~... [She fiddles with her drill-and-burger gloves, bringing the slowly-spinning drill dangerously close to her cheek] I couldn't decide which one to go with! They all looked like so much fun!
Ahaha... [He gives the top of her Pac-Man helmet a sympathetic pat, while warily eying that drill...] It's okay, I understand! Since there's so much here, how about we try on a few things together?
[Yayoi perks up at that!] Ah, that's a great idea!! Which ones should we try on first? I'll let you choose~!
Mm! First, let's get you out of all that first-- [And this would be when the camera flickers out for a while, before coming back on a few minutes later.
The focus of the camera now? Hayate wearing a small golden tiara with a red gem in the middle, along with two odango style pigtail hair extensions. They even match his natural hair color.]
O... Okay, just repeat after me! [And while striking a very specific pose--] In the name of the Moon, I will punish you!
[Yayoi's also wearing a similar tiara, though she doesn't actually have the meatball hair; she IS wearing elbow-length gloves, though she also has, for some reason, a certain mask on her face that Hayate couldn't dissuade her from wearing. There's a frown on her face as she tries to copy his arm motions (and fails, since she's got the pose mirrored).] I-In the name of the Moon...?
[The butler stares at her for a moment while maintaining the pose, before violently shaking his head--causing the pigtails to whip about-- with a rapidly increasing blush.] N... No! No good! I thought it would be kind of cute and funny, yet now I just feel like I'm pushing my limits! Yayoi, I need to make up for this loss--!
[Yayoi blinks, just... not getting Hayate's embarrassment at all] N-No good!? Um, um, then... ah! I know! How about--
[After a few moments, the camera comes back in to see... Yayoi somehow dressed as a red-and-beige robot that's mostly just a head. Yayoi's OWN head sticks out of the top of it, and her limbs stick out where Lagann's own would be.] Uu-uuu~! This is so cute!! Where did you say it was from again, Hayate?
[Naturally, Hayate is somehow matching her completely, decked out as a similar looking red-and-black robot, one that has giant sunglasses on its torso. With his head sticking out the top, he lets out a small chuckle.] While I'm surprised you think it's cute of all things... I have just one very important question to ask you before I explain, Yayoi...
[And with a deep breath, he points toward the robot-idol in a dramatic fashion.] --Who the hell do you think I am?! [Click.]
