Oh, not usually, no! There are definitely times when playing certain instruments will leave you feeling wiped out though...

... pretty much anything that requires a lot of movement, I guess? Drums are probably the biggest offender.

A little! It's not an instrument I could sit down on and confidently say I could play something without a good hour or two to practice though...

I couldn't do anything intense like certain rock songs demand, but if I only had one song to memorize in that time... Yeah, I think I could pull it off.

There are a lot of factors to take into account for picking up a thing like that... But if you already know the basics, it shouldn't take that long to adjust.

String instruments, mostly... Though it's largely due to the fact that I worked at a store that sold them for a while.

Fun...? It was one of the more laid back jobs I had, I guess... A shop like that in doesn't get nearly as much business as some of the other places I worked at.
