On this sad day(Sept 25, 2005) for D Co 113th AVn Mustangs, you can't help but feel overwhelmed. You feel angry, sad, revenge, hatred, over what happened. You hate the people who did this. You hate the country. You even begin to the reason we are here. It's not worth the lives of these soldiers. You so despretely want to kill anyone who resembles who did this horrible act. But in the end, you have to look to the light. These five soldiers did what they loved. One of them, a dear friend of mine said wouldn't trade flying for anything in the world. It was his passion, and I come to find out it was his childhood dream. It was his true love. Maybe it was because he just graduated flight school and was new to the game. But he fought to come here. Any chance he got to fly, he volunteered. He volunteered for any flight he could, including his last one. Still so young, only 22, but he was a damn good pilot. All he wanted was a chance to prove himself to himself that this was what he was born to do. He lived and died doing what loved so much. No mistakes, no regrets, Mr. Adrian Stump, you will always be remembered, you will always be loved by all of us. Thank you for your joyous life. Most important, thank you Adrian for you. We love you and will always miss you.
