*TONIGHT IS A NIGHT OF CHALLENGES. A challenge that is being lovingly recorded for you all by a giggling ghost. Rather appropriate, considering the near pitch-black gym Hayate is wandering into.*
Huh... This doesn't look to special... It's just a straight walk to him.
*Of course, as soon as Hayate takes a few steps forward he lets out a tiny yelp and PLUMMETS OFF CAMERA into the abyss below.
A few minutes later, he is back at the start, panting slightly.*
O-Okay... That was just uncalled for! Who puts a fake bottomless pit in their gym like that?! More importantly, why is the path to get there black too?! That's just mean! It's like a invitation to develop a fear of falling! *... SIGH* R-Right... Let's try this again.
*The next half hour of video? It is of Hayate doing this multiple times. Making it juuuust a bit farther each time, before taking a wrong turn and screaming each time in a comical manner. The Banette camerawoman giggling each and every time it happens. The final time he falls, he is NEARLY THERE and lets out a 'WHY DOES THIS KEEP HAPPEEEEEEEEEEEENNNNNIiiinnnnggg--' as he falls. After that, he finally sets himself back up at the start of the death trap.*
... ... okay, forget this. I'm cheating.
*WITH THAT SAID; Hayate backs up to the entrance of the gym, gets a running start and just leaps across the entire black abyss, landing shakily on the last stretch of invisible path. It is now that he lets out a giant sigh of relief, brushing off the dust and stretching his arms a bit since OW all that falling hurt. He then waves over his ghost who was manning the camera.* Come on Yurei, I'm going to need you for this.
*with a tiny wave to the camera, he sets the gear up nearby to record the match! Morty looks just a tad horrified at how much the butler fell, but he quickly accepts the challenge. ... and this is already quite long, so let's just say the match goes by with flying colors on Hayate's part, and it ends with some ghost vs ghost action.*
