I found a new exercise today !!

is called a "TOE PRESS* !!

Now super man can fight wif ugly green goeey alien creature(UGGAC) and the conversation will go like :

Superman: HAI YAHHH!!
u green ugly gooey alien creature
try my super TOE FLICK !!!

den it must have been yesterday .... afternoon rite around 4ish liddat? as I was walking down the stairs to check out ... got this cute guy turn round and hi and smile at me .. but I couldnt place him lo .. so I just smile back coz so sweet of him ... gegegegege

coz sat I dun remmeber much.. no wait .. weds night got another one .. in locker room .. he said "hi" den he went "so you are BACK !" .. but u dun wear specks wan rite ? ...

and u are right .. the gym sessions like all melt into one liddat .. dunno which is which .. gegegegee
