So I miss one of my more difficult classes because the lawyer's all, "get your ass to court, bitch, or the cops will show up at your school and arrest you again." So I get my ass to court. On my way, I get a phone call from the lawyer saying, "just kidding, they can't deal with you today. Go home." Eleven fucking dollars wasted.
I am SO EXCITED about Ohio!!!! W. better be afraid. Because I am NOT going there to let Bush take the state. And, according to the LATimes, Kerry has more electoral votes as of now. (They have a kickass interactive map, where you can change the swing states to Dem. or Rep., to see how it would affect the overall number of electoral votes for each candidate.)
I guess I should do some conference work as well. I changed my African class conference paper, and it is now about the role of women as presented in the World Bank's prescription for Mozambique's development versus what the local women's organizations envision. I'm going to be researching until 2492.
Amanda, you should come work with us this weekend. But if you can't, I'll still love you. Just not as much as before.
