I hate stairs.

*Cathy slides down railing of stairway in school.

*Matthew stands on landing between second and third floors.
Matthew>> Well ... I don't think I can slide down this whole thing... maybe just halfway?
*Matthew tries... falls down stairs awkwardly because he's holding his messenger bag.
Matthew>> ... That didn't work... but I won't give up! Ha... okay, let's try this again, on the smaller rail.
*Matthew mounts and... begins to slide.
Riiiippppp!!! (that's the noise it made)
*Matthew , confused, slides the rest of the way and looks down and around. His shirt... his favorite... his birthday present... has ripped. About 3/4 of a foot straight up the middle of his back.

*Matthew is now very... very pissed off. He will never try sliding again. Ever.
