i got my roomate and housing info today...scary. i got the crappy old dorms of course, because checking the new dorm box on the sheet is just to make you feel like you have control over the situation, but you dont. it's ok though, maybe it really will be more social like everyone says. my roomate is from new york, ny and hopefully she will be nice. i have to call her soon, which is also very scary, but i can't wait to talk to her! well i have to go now because the plumber is here and my mom has to go to home depot and as she says "i'm not leaving an 18 year-old girl home alone with the plumber" so i have to go too. being a girl has a down side. this sucks.
