Just to elaborate further, here is some more information on these Compact Flourescent Lightbulbs or CFLs. If you don't believe me when I say they are Hazardous read the instructions from the Enviromental Protection Agencey or EPAregarding the cleanup of these products.

It all seems a little too much when the LED lightbulbs use less energy than the CFLs and are not toxic.
