After class today I printed out the first draft of my Nanowrimo. The document was 100 pages, but with some tweaking I managed to get it down to 64 pages. Yay, me! I also went to the shop an bought some cute highlighters with little faces, multi-coloured pens, and a hot pink folder to hold my document while I work through the madness of editing. I'm going to start editing soon! I already did a little bit with the first chapter, because I'm using it as my creative writing project for my writing class. I also need to help edit a friend's school work.
Since being in Austria, I've eaten breakfast a lot more than usual. I blame this on the fact that it's available in the basement of my building and is included as part of my rent. I might as well eat down there and save myself a little but of money. Unfortunately, during the upcoming holidays there will be no breakfast. However, it is true that I will likely be traveling away from here during that time anyway. I'm planning on going to Salzburg, Munich (maybe), somewhere in the alps to go skiing, and to Italy for New Years. Woot!
Also, it's Fridge Friday! Let's see what's in my fridge, shall we? Honestly, I don't go in there all that often, so I don't even know what I'll find really.
Nothing all that exciting. Pretty typical of this fridge. Most things in there belong to my roommate.
Product Review of the Day:
Burn Energy shot
Cost: ~1.75 Euros
Product type: Beverage (shot)
Description: 50ml energy shot is similar to a full sized energy drink, but concentrated. The taste is similar to other energy shots that I've tried back in Canada, but a little more similar to the full sized Burn energy drink.
Opinion: Thus far, my favourite energy shot, and I've tried a few! At it's cost, it is a good value. Other energy shots in Canada tend to cost $3+. If you like energy drinks/shots, do try it out.
