So it's been a week so i guess i should update.

I went over to see my dad last Saturday (not yesterday) since he was home. We talked about a lot of things from jobs to life but it was all around nice.

Last monday was Gayz Craze here at U of M, which I went to to help out/see people I haven't seen since last year. It was a lot of fun and I reconnected with some people I was hoping to reconnect with.

After Gayz Craze and a less than successful trip to Ulrich's for books, I headed over to Portage since it was the first time, and most likely the last time in a while, that I got more than one day in a row. It was nice to spend time with mom for awhile since I don't get to see her all that often anymore. We just hung around the condo and went out to eat at Red Robin. After dinner we went back to the condo and watched Jon and Kate plus 8, which I am slightly addicted too.

Tuesday I went over to Kaylan's, after some phone tag and hung out there for a bit, listening and watch internet videos including one called Dr Horrible's Sing Along Blog (www.drhorrible.com/) which was...interesting but funny. Then we headed up to Grand Rapids to visit Chelly. Since we were bored we went and saw The House Bunny...I'm still trying to figure out if I liked it or not, don't get me there were funny parts so it was still ehhh to me. After the movie we went out to eat at Olive Garden which seemed to make Chelly very happy. It was nice seeing them since I don't get to that often.

I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't see Lynette or other people while I was there since Nette was gone and I didn't have that much time in Kazoo.

That's really all that has been happening in my life recently, except work and the day at work I have to leave early because I was sick.

The only other thing is that I have started reading a few web comics, mostly because of Kaylan because she got me started on one and I just found the others from different places. It all started with Looking For Group (lfgcomic.com/) which is a fantasy comic which is actually really really funny. Then I found Questionable Content (www.questionablecontent.net/) which I know that a few of you know about so I won't talk about it. Then I randomly located Least I Could Do (www.leasticoulddo.com/) which is actually done by the same people who do LFG, but I won't warn anyone that you need to have a sence of humor for it, it can be a bit....crude. Then came along Just a Bit Off (www.jeffzugale.com/justabitoff/) which just a small once a week comic that is the life of the author/artist. And lastly, is Gunnerkrigg Court (www.gunnerkrigg.com/index2.php) which is beautifully done though very confusing still with some strange characters. If any of you are bored I would highly recommend all of these but I will warn you they can be addicting.

I also have started listening to podcasts since they are a great way to kill time riding the bus to work. There is really only two that would be of any interest to people. Escape Pod (escapepod.org/) which is basically an audiobook podcast that reads short stories in the Sci-fi genre I love it, the host and stories are great and it's more than just reading the stories too, for those of you who like Fantasy there is Podcastle (podcastle.org/) which is just as great. I really recommend everyone to check them out if you are interested. Those are the main sites but there are a lot of ways to listen to them. The other two I listen to are a news podcast from the BBC and NPR's Science Friday

Well that's all for now.

Oh I almost forget...I found a great song recently...and it's about the declassification of Pluto as a planet. (I'm Your Moon)
