(no subject)
so i have a little time before getting off work so i will write a short entire.
For those of you who i haven't talked to since i got to CO...i love it here; the weather is so much nicer, and the place is just beautiful...good thing this is one of my top two places for Grad School :-)
roommates are all cool...now (long story involving shovingism and a toilet) and i actully have someone i would call a friend here. His name is David, and we actully talk and do things together socially...which is odd for both of us becuase, well we are basicly the same person minus the fact that he is straight, but i'll let that slide.
The frist here was all lectures from 8-5 and about 4-6 lectures a day on space weather and it effects on the earth...aka my major. It was boring, but fun. The scientist are all crazy as to be expected.
My internship (actully occroding to UC we are sub-contractors) is fun. I sit at a computer all day running models and making pretty graphs ( and i can make very pretty graphs now :-) ).
ummm...well for some last notes:
My computer at work is named Bantha (didn't name it myself)
My terminal is named Delilah ( did name that my self, don't ask y) and she is pretty with a purple backround and green type...i will post pictures soon on facebook when i can.
oh and i do have on picture for you all...it's of the REU people
