Lot's of stuff from ComicCon . . . John Winchester - is that you?
JDM was there and wanted to crash the SPN panel but had to catch a plane - dammit!
And this is my favorite quote from Ben Edlund on why Sam & Dean continue to lie to each other.

So I kinda love this -- how much John Winchester imprinted on them -- how its all John's fault -- but in a totally awesome broken magnificent bastard way, not the drunken abuser weak-ass pop psychology way.
I'm a little iffy on the Sam spoilers -- which I'm not gonna get into -- but I think the structure for the season sounds interesting. Building in the flashbacks kinda reminds me of how Buffy or Angel (they blur together for me) incorporated the flashback story of Angelus, Spike, Darla & Dru into the present day story.
One spoiler out of the Con was
that the boys will be united in their desire to find something.
