Pedowitz: I still watch every show that I started at ABC Studios. I've seen every episode of Grey's Anatomy, Lost, Criminal Minds, Army Wives. I'm completely hooked on Vampire Diaries and Supernatural, and my wife and I watch Dexter and Nurse Jackie together.

It really is, isn't it? I guess he wants to announce the whole line-up at once -- I get it. I don't like it, but I get it.

He is a fan of SPN and that is way cool. I remember last year when he came on he stated upfront that he was a fan of our show, so with him at the helm I felt our show was in good and safe hands. I loved the fact that he checks GetGlue for popularity of their shows. That is very cool.

Its such a refreshing change from Dawn O being all "I don't get it." about SPN, isn't it? Between this and the news that they went ahead and hired a showrunner already, PLUS the steady ratings make me very confident that Show will be renewed, but I HATE not having the 'official' confirmation.

It is annoying not have the green light yet on S8. But then I look at some other shows that I watch and they are on the bubble and they haven't heard yet either. So SPN is not alone in this. I just wish the networks wouldn't wait so long to make their announcements. And for SPN, they made the announcement of the new show runner, it doesn't make sense to not just go ahead and give the announcement on the new season. Crazy!

And voila!!! Today we get the glorious news!!! Another season of Supernatural is a go!!! More Dean and Sam coming up in Season 8!!! I'm so happy right now!!!
