Homeless in Victoria?
Okay folks, does anyone need an apartment in Victoria for mid August? Here are the specs:
-Pets a-okay! Big dogs, cats, a combination
-Right off Quadra by Crystal Pool
-Good size bedroom
-Smaller living room (the fridge is actually in here... can fit a small table and love seat, chair, tv, a couple of scratching posts etc)
-Little kitchen- only one person at a time- with the usual stink and stove/oven
-Bathroom with mini claw foot tub and shower
-Hardwood floors
-Second floor with big windows and lots of sun
-Big ol' character house. Doesn't share walls with other apartments but there are people above (quiet) and below (I think... I have never heard her)
-Coin laundry downstairs
-Storage container downstairs
-Excellent landladies and fix it man
Rent is $650 for two and I think $630 for one (need to verify) heat, hot water and 3 tier cable included.
Overall I love this place. The only real downside is that it is on the small side. It would be great for one person. Two people without tons of stuff would also do fine. Oh, but you really have to like each other - no bedroom door!
