• Priority is given to those who can pay first. If an item is pending but you can pay within 1 hour, you'll get the item!
highly recommended to apply for I-Banking as it is easier for us!
• DO NOT, place an order if you're not confirming it. Only place an order if you are serious about purchasing it and can pay up within the next 24 hours.
• We hate & will not tolerate any Dead Buyers. If you back out after placing an order, you will be blacklisted!

• Prices are exclusive of postage fees.
• Normal Postage ranges from $1-$2 (depending on weight of item)
• Registered postage will be an additional $2.24 on top of Normal Postage.
• We recommend customers to opt for Registered Postage as it is safer.[we're not liable for lost normal mails]
• Registered Mail comes with a tracking number for to track your packages whereas Normal Mail doesn't & there is no way to track it down if you do not receive it.
• Registered Article number will be given to you upon request. You can check the status of your article (here).
• Items will be mailed out in 1-3 working days after payment has been received.
• We accept POSB/DBS fund transfers.
• We also accept inter-bank transfers. (eg. from UOB to POSB)
• Meet ups are done only at our convenience @ sgoon mrt
• Concealed cash is accepted but if it goes missing,we will not be responsible,it's not recommended
• Items are not refundable/exchangeable.
• We try our very best to check the item for any defects before sending it out however when you've received your item, please double check for flaws!
• Clothes which have been worn/washed before cannot be exchanged.
• Partial refund will be given to you if the flaw is minor.
• Exchange/full refund will be given to you if the flaw is major.
