Haha, that's how I always end up with so many variations of the same icon. I just chuck a texture in and flick through all of the blend modes and go "Ooooh that looks pretty! But so does that...I'll just use them both!"
Even better when you stumble upon the pretties by accident =)
I'll keep that in mind for one of the many times I have nothing to watch. That happens very, very frequently so I'll probably watch it sometime soon =P
My Merlin love has been dwindling a little bit since the end of the season but I watched the new extras recently and was like "OMG GUYS! I WILL NEVER NOT LOVE YOU!" I was a bit disappointed that I didn't see more of Angel though. I kind of adore Angel a little bit.
I love a shiny new layout but I struggle to find one where the coding doesn't completely fuck up when I try to use it so I tend to stick to the same one for a long time.
I also love the fact that the italics in this layour are orange. It makes me want to italics at you all the time but I shall refrain =D

Oh it's great isn't it, I swear some of the best stuff always happens by accident; as soon as I go out with a direct idea of what I want I always mess it up xD

Aw I know what you mean! I definitely lost my muse for Merlin icons (especially as BoB consumed my heart & soul, and now I'm getting into SPN aswell) but then the DVD extras were out and it was all OH BOYSSS ♥ Yeah it's a shame Angel isn't in them so much she's such a sweetheart, but it was great to see more of Katie, they kind of took it in turns I guess. :P
I LOVE that orange! I usually go and edit bits like that but the colour was so awesome I just left it. Oh feel free to write all in italics, creative freedom and all that! :D
