I was a bit worried the last round might have been too hard, but there were quite a few answers, I'm impressed!

The answer I was looking for was "Durarara!! - Ikebukuro", some even pinpointed Marui City, some said Shibuya which I let pass, too.

The series is Phoenix Wright, and the location is Klavier's prosecutor's office. Is that sufficient for a "location" or are we talking we want the city, etc?

Okay since I didn't get a response, I'll just tell you the American Phoenix Wright games indicate the city they're in is Los Angeles.
