The hallway is not normally a place you'll find Saïx sitting, but he's just come back from "there" again. The reaction this time is much different from those of the past. There's that evil smile, eyes showing that the gears are turning in his head, but he seems almost content with his back up against the wall

She stops and gives him a wary look. Creepy. Who's this freak job? she wonders. He doesn't seem to be talking to her, but who else is there around? Anise glances around herself just in case, but unless they're someplace she can't quite see from here, it looks like she's the only one around. On the other hand, whoever this stranger is, he looks--and sounds!--like he's a few candles short of a birthday cake. The twin scars over his face don't exactly help.
"Yeah, whatever," Anise thus mutters, and begins to give the blue-haired man a wide berth. Like she really needs to deal with some random crazy guy on top of everything else right now.

"Excuse me? Can I help you?"

"Mister, you're the one who looks like he needs help," Anise tells him bluntly, still keeping her distance, still moving.

Saïx has seen a look like that before. He knows what it's supposed to mean, but quelling such distrust isn't something he's good at, nor is he going to try. He's still looking back at her though with an unwavering calm stare, she's no threat to him. With malicious intentions set for someone else, she'll be spared.
"And why do I look like I need help? I'm not the one judging others by appearances now am I?"

Again.
"Uhhhh, because you're sitting there laughing all evil-like going on about how you're going to make somebody writhe and get terrified and cut their nerves and crap?" Anise stops, then shakes her head. "You know what? Forget it. You're creepy, I'm going." And unless stopped--or perhaps verbally provoked--she'll head along her way.

"Did you ever think of asking a few simple questions? Why? What do you mean?" He pauses, finally looking away from the girl he unintentionally startled. What does he care anyway? He just got back from the Dreams and Nightmares plane, of course he's going to be a little messed up after that.
"So quick to judge others aren't you, when you know nothing of them or their abilities. Such things will get you in trouble. Assumptions are almost always wrong. You make enemies that way you know. But why am I not surprised? I haven't seen you around, a new arrival I assume."

"Why would I do that when you're talking about making someone writhe and pushing their buttons? I didn't even talk to you--I was gonna just pass you by, except you spoke up," Anise points out, stopping to scowl at Saïx and plant her fists on her hips. (So much for leaving!) Her scowl only deepens when Mr. Creepy McBlackcloak sees fit to lecture her on being judgmental. Ultimately, she throws her hands up.
"Okay. Fine. I'll bite. Who's this 'premonition' for anyway? Were you talking to me? I mean--" And here the pigtailed girl looks around the two of them almost exaggeratedly. "I don't see anybody else here." As for whether or not she's a new arrival, Ansie doesn't see fit to say yay or nay. At least, not for now.

"For a traitor. Why would I be talking to you? If I had any interest in harming you I would have by now, and I obviously haven't, so the premonition must not be for you. I don't even know you, how can I have such about you?"
He pauses tilting his head upwards looking at the ceiling in a totally nonthreatening manner, "We all sometimes talk out loud when we're lost in thought do we not? I do it from time to time, I'm sure you have too. You just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. That's all."
