50 decks feel a bit too much to me... Especially how as colors already has a ton of decks. It also seems a bit too much/hard on those who donate or make decks. I think about 35 would be better... Will be taking Bolverk 16 + Robots 11 (donated)

50 seems like a lot, just going by the number of decks already in existence vs. current number of players, though I also like staring at pretty new cards so idk. 8( Taking delinquent01.

I'm pretty biased towards older releases in feeling we've had "small" ones the past few months, but with the mods getting busier and the deck list getting bigger, I guess these releases make more sense in terms of a good number. |D Taking british02!

I'm with Aletha -- I'd say that the drop in the number of decks is felt more by older players than newer ones. XD";; We used to average 70 decks a month, and there was once when we hit more than 90 decks! But yeah, I know that mods have been really busy, and we had more deckmakers before, like Skie, Tari and Zags. :I've raised this issue before, but I don't think that the problem lies in having a large number of decks -- rather, it's that not enough cards are being generated. :'D The number of decks continue to grow, but the average amount of cards dished out remains the same, if not less. (I feel like we used to have more games before as well, like Crazy Colours. Crosswords only recently came back as well, so... |D) I believe that this is what's making collecting difficult. I just crayoned a lot of decks out because I know that they're impossible to master over the next few months unless I do so, and I've had those decks since the start of the year, if not earlier. |D

ahhhhhh 6 more days and i turn 23 /dies all over LJ. too bad I'll be at work celebrating Twilight instead of my birthday! sobsobsob.
As for deck releases, The size honestly doesn't matter to me. As long as it happens. I just would hate for us to put a cap and then someone's deck doesn't get made? Coming from the very beginning when we had.....too many decks a month it just seems like Colors has dwindled.
