Shikamaru Nara from Naruto -- A lazy but brilliant ninja that prefers cloud watching to doing any actual training. He nevertheless proves to be a formidable opponent when he has to.
Hikaru and Kaoru Hitachiin from Ouran High School Host Club -- A pair of mischievous twins that are members of the titular host club. Their main shtick, besides being "devil" type, is implying for the girls that they have a "yaoi" relationship behind the scenes, with Hikaru being the "seme" and Kaoru being the "uke". Hikaru is the truly sneaky (and slightly selfish) one of the pair, while Kaoru proves to be gentler when away from his twen. lol tl;dr
Graham Spector from Baccano! -- A philosophically insane mechanic and gang member, and loyal follower of Ladd Russo. He takes great pleasure in taking objects apart with his large wrench. Puts the HAM back in GraHAM.
Miria Harvent and Isaac Dian from Baccano! -- A pair of cheerful but inept thieves. They enjoy wearing costumes for their heists and spread joy wherever they go, whether they mean to or not.
Rukia Kuchiki from Beach -- A Shinigami that is forced to give her powers over to a human when he gets caught up in her battle. She loves to draw but is really, really bad at it.
Izaya Orihara from Durarara!! -- An information agent from Japan. He claims to "love" humanity (other than his rival Shizuo) and expresses this love by tugging on people's psychological weakpoints to see how they'll react. Basically a big troll.
Mokona from xxxHolic/Tsubasa Chronicles/Magical Knight Rayearth -- Cute, rabbit-like characters that appear in several of CLAMP's series. The pair featured on the Switch It Up! banner were created by Yuko and Clow to aid the coming problems in their respective worlds. They can send objects between worlds by swallowing them.
Neku Sakuraba from The World Ends With You -- A loner that blocks out other people through his headphones. After his death, he's forced to participate in a game that will determine if he is allowed to revive or not.
Kanji Tatsumi from Persona 4 -- A tough guy that often gets into fights, but is actually good at sewing and has a secret sensitive side.
Ryoga Hibiki from Ranma 1/2 -- A directionally challenged rival of Ranma, who is accidentally cursed to turn into a pig.
I'm sorry for changing it after you commented, but I had to put a cap on the number of additional cards a player can receive as it's still a normal weekly game and the prizes can't be probably that big... Would it be okay with you if I gave you and extra card as my apology for messing up?
