"It's okay, the ear muffs are on."
Gah, we need a new movie with you in it, you're a good man William.
Things have been way to busy for the past month. Heck it was too busy
for my liking a couple months before that, but even more so in the
last few weeks. My schedule has been: wake up, go to school, do
homework/work, sleep. Yea no thanks, but thankfully it will be over
with soon. I am so excited to be working construction. Yes, it's
probably going to wear me out, but I don't mind putting the effort in. It's
totally worth it to be outside, rather than selling clothes to the
cheapskates of America under artificial light. I already talked to the
lady who hired me and I'm officially writing them my two weeks notice
tomorrow, there's no need for it anymore and I need more study time.
Besides it's been incredibly boring, the store has been so dead ever
since the first of the year. Well, good. Maybe people are acquiring
taste. Tax season is also winding down, so I won't be at Joseph V.
Dalli (CPA) Accounting much longer. I enjoyed working there but I'll
have that much more time, that much more of a life. Speaking of which,
life is great. I can't wait for college to begin. Generals come first
I know, but I can't wait to be working towards a degree. Even if the
degree has nothing to do with the job I eventually get, it's my ticket
there. Whatever I do, I want to be interacting with people and helping
them. A business degree would be good, since just about every company
considers those skills useful. I know that's not doing much to better
people's lives, but there's other ways of doing that. Northridge has
an awesome business program, sooo it's a place to start.
Until then I'll be glaring at this monitor, trying to unscramble
"Othello" by Shakespeare. Shakespeare is a pretentious boob and his
humor isn't funny. Ever. His comedies and tragedies are totally
formulaic, he just needs new characters to deliver the cheesy
one-liners that everyone beats into the ground. Too much effin hype.
The good news: Blade Runner is a film choice for our next unit (I
believe). Whatever, t-minus 6 weeks baby :)) The weather has been
gorrrrgeous the last few days, so let’s keep it that way.
Love, Hhhhhh'efwhee.
