Like so many others on my Flist have already announced YAY FOR PROP 8 BEING FOUND AS UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!!! I'm finally no longer embarressed of my home state....
Of course the fight it not even close to being over yet, as gay marriage isn't legal just being banning it is illegal and I have no doubts that this will end up in the Supreme Court before this is over, but its defintely a huge step in the right direction :)
Regardless it's still a very exciting day!
