As I start each day...
I've noticed I haven't been consistent with my communication with HIM these past few months so I decided to look for morning prayers. I figured having a pattern I would mean everyday would be so much easier for me, since it takes me an hour or two before I can truly think/function in the morning.
Look what I saw!! Dear friends, THIS IS FOR US!!!
Morning Prayer
Dear Lord,
So far I've done all right.
I haven't gossipped,
haven't lost my temper,
haven't been greedy, grumpy, nasty, selfish, or overindulgent.
I'm really glad about that.
But in a few minutes, God,
I'm going to get out of bed.
And from then on,
I'm going to need a lot more help.
Help us God to be good. Amen.
Okay, I'm printing and putting this on my wall now:) HAHAHA
