1.Open your base,and Sharpen it if you need for a better result.
Go to Layer>New adjustment Layer>Curves


RGB
Input 1: 140
Output 1: 170

Input 2: 100
Output 2: 120

This step will brighten the image up.

2.Go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Color Balance
Midtones


Cyan/Red: +25
Magenta/Green: +9
Yellow/Blue: -2

This step will make the pink and red pop up.

3.Put this texture
by drankmywar  and Set it to Soft Light,Opacity 56%


This step will darken the image and in the same time will add more red,pink,brown and orange effect.The texture will bright some parts.It also depends of the texture,the mode and the opacity you set.

4.For the second result create a New Fill Layer and fill with #FBDBEA,Set it to Screen,Opacity 12%


The Color Fill Layer will give bright and soft pink effect.
