ehmm not exactly the same but it's quiet close :)
here is my result, using screencap 1 made with CS3
http://i43.tinypic.com/104qbeq.png

1. duplicate the base layer, sharpened it a bit. merged
2. color fill layer (#eabda2) set it to linear burn at 50% opacity
3. curves layer (input: 121; output: 143; channel: RGB)
4. brightness/contrast layer (brightness: +10; contrast: 10+)
5. color fill layer (#f5c3d2) set it to color burn at 30% opacity and 70% fill
6. hue/saturation (saturation: +5)
7. color fill layer (#df9e41) set it to soft light 20%
8. for the last, adds a channel mixer layer

output channel: red
red: +88
green: +14
blue: -16

output channel: green
red: 0
green: +102
blue: +1

output channel: blue
red: 0
green: 0
blue: +95

set the opacity at 50% and you're done.

anyway, the maker used a photoshop plugin called 'topaz clean' to smoothen the image.
you can see how flawless ruki's skin is :)

I hope this helps and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask
