Disclaimer: I own nothing but the plot.

I threw the script against the nearest surface, grateful that nobody else was in this room, except for my group members. This would have totally ruined my image.
“Aegyo battle? What the hell? I’m not 15 anymore, dammit!” Neither Key’s scowling nor Onew’s comforting words could calm me down.
I could understand why Jonghyun was staring at me with wide eyes; it was very rare that I lost it, but the lack of sleep, lack of coffee, lack of food, lack of everything just made my blood boil.
It’s not as if I wasn’t used to acting all cute and bashful, but today I was certainly not in the mood to act like that.
All of a sudden the door was opened and one of the staff members announced that the recording was going to start in 15 minutes. Oh crap.
“Maybe you stay here for a bit and try to calm down, alright?” Onew suggested and I wanted to grab his words and stuff them back into his throat.
I knew that I was overreacting, I didn’t even know why I was so furious, but I was and only banana milk and strawberry lollipops could help me.
I followed Jonghyun, Key, and Onew out of the room, breathing in and out and in and out till I felt someone tugging at my sleeve.
I turned around and glared at Minho, whose concerned look just made me wish that I could poke his damn frog eyes out. The others didn’t notice that we stayed in the room; they didn’t seem to hear the door closing or they just pretended not to - it didn’t matter, I was already planning on killing them later for it.
Preparing myself for his stupid words about becoming mature and stopping to be irresponsible, I was surprised that they never came.
“Let’s switch.” he whispered somewhat excitedly and I really could punch him for being so unnecessarily vague.
“Switch what?”
“Images. Scripts, Roles - call it what you want. Let’s switch! I’m going to do the aegyo battle for you.”
“Have you lost your mind, hyung? You can’t just change the script on your own.”
“I’m going to talk to the MC, it’s just going to be the battle!”
Shaking my head in disbelief, I turned around and walked towards the door, when I suddenly heard him say “Please?”.
I stared at him, shocked by the fact that he was pleading for an embarrassing aegyo battle.
Oh.
It was an aegyo battle, emphasis on battle.
“Are you so desperate to win anything?” I couldn’t hide how ridiculous I found his decision.
His expression though told me that that was not what he was thinking about when he offered me the change.
“Er..yes. Yes, that’s the reason.” He lied bluntly. I just raised an eyebrow and he sighed in response. He should’ve known by now that he’s a terrible liar.
“Just let me do it, alright?” I couldn’t resist rolling my eyes, but nodded. “Whatever.”
Before I could escape, he quickly put his arms around me and pulled me into an embrace. After placing a kiss on my cheek, he mumbled “Are you ok now?”
It seemed as if I walked right into his trap. Banana milk and strawberry flavored candy weren’t the only things that could calm my nerves.
I rested my head in defeat against his shoulder.
“You’re so lame, hyung.” I smiled against his shirt, already excited to see the embarrassment he’d have to face soon.
