001. First prepare your base and adjust it however you want. I left mine as is.

002. New Fill Layer > Solid Color > #1d1033 and set it on Exclusion 100%.

003. New Adjustment Layer > Selective Coloring:
Reds: -100, +61, +14, -37
Yellows: +68, +42, +94, +6
Greens: +9, +59, -64, +1
Magentas: +16, +34, +34, 0
Whites: -100, -100, -100, 0
Neutrals: +2, -7, -9, +6

004. New Adjustment Layer > Channel Mixer:
Red: +100, +16, -16
Green: +7, +85, +4
Blue: +13, -1, +96

005. New Adjustment Layer > Photo Filter:
Filter: Blue
Density: 17%

006. New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance:
Midtones: -22, -8, -31
Shadows: +8, -11, -1
Highlights: -10, +11, -8

007. New Adjustment Layer > Curves:
Green: First Point - O: 93, I: 86, Second Point - O: 200, I: 195
Blue: First Point - O: 235, I: 161, Second Point - O: 133, I: 129
