(no subject)
Relay was... interesting. It wasn't more or less fun than last year, but it was still good times. :O) It was kind of weird because there were so many new people there... the only people who had done it before (that I knew of) were Derek, DJ, Craig, and I.
haha rannndom thing... last night I was actually thinking about what I was going to write in my lj about Relay; I was like forming sentences and everything. of course now i don't remember any of it sooooo oh well.
anyway, the Relay was good. the tents were actually ON the football field like they're supposed to be. (*shakes fist at last year*) we didnt actually walk the WHOLE time, buuut... we tried. haha what can i say, we're all just too ADD. ;O)
highlights= Miles and I walking to 7-11 in the PITCH BLACK and being scared like whoa, bonding experiences w/the underclassmen in the tent, pondering things like the meaning of life and life after death, and of course, the tab. :O)
so this morning when derek and I were about to leave, Craig is like "do you know how to get to the Lee center?" and we were like "..." so he's like "for the cappies voting" and we're like ohhhhhhh shiiiiiiit. cause yeah, we definitely both forgot all about Cappies voting today. So now even though I really would like to just fall asleep and not wake up until monday morning, i have to force myself to stay awake. It isn't for about four or five hours, but when I fall asleep, im out for the night; i can't just wake up a few hours later.
so im gonna go watch TV and maybe drink some sort of caffeinated beverage... i hope everyone had a fun, cicada-free weekend!!
