So as of late I've been going to bed like before 11 every night. It's really wigging me out. On Saturday people played Scrabble, but instead of playing along, I abandoned my friends and sought out my bed. I long for the day when I will never have to sleep.

Today after our 2:00 break we got to watch a safety video. This woman accidentally cut her wrist with a blade, and then later it cut back to it, and her hand was covering the cut, but blood was gushing through her hands...so the moment I saw it I instinctively screamed really loudly. Then I was a little bit embarassed because I didn't mean to get so into the seven minute safety video.

So tomorrow the housekeeping, laundry and janitorial staff get to have a barbecue. From 12 to 4 we get to just hang out and play games...but it still counts towards our forty hours! How sweet is that? Really really sweet. Except for Ally, Bemi, and Amber, who have tomorrow off. It's kind of sad for them.

But the Christines and Claire are going to be having a grand old time. Lemme tell ya.

And Mark Darling is here right now. Amber got to go along in the picking of him up this morning. I've been looking forward to this week all summer! The variety show is Thursday too. Woohoo!

And it sounds like project day is going to be really awesome this week too!

This is like the best week of my life.

And if Christine was here she'd say "no, it isn't"

Oh, and the Top Gun volleyball tournament was yesterday...and pretty sure that was hilarious. I don't think I'll ever get the image of Carl Frost when the wind was whipping up his hair, with that green jacket and no shirt on underneath, and tapered jeans that only went mid-calf out of my head.

And when they sang to Emily that she lost that loving feeling.

And when the Agent Orange team went down. For some reason, I thought of the orange team as the Edina team from Mighty Ducks...or the Swedish Team from Mighty Ducks 2... they were just the villains. No rhyme or reason, I was just glad to see them lose. Probably because their matching outfits terrified me.

I've lost all three of my water bottles.

And now I'm going to go to the old coffee barn, where I will read and sip on coffee. Except it's neither called "coffee barn," nor is it a barn.
