(ooc: Duo's making a post from his room. He's ill from the shift, but excited to be in a war again. He actually went to the pads willingly. He's checking back to make sure things in Luceti are good.)

Ya know, this has gotta be some of the best digs I've had inna battle. They even brought me Scythe. And he's perfect just like always. [pause as he coughs away from the camera] Wish I could say the same for me. Idiots musta done somethin' wrong. I ended up over here feelin' like shit. Not gunna stop me from killin' these guys. Nothin's gunna stop me with Scythe.
The first day of fightin' wasn't bad. I sliced through a lot of those flyin' monkeys. They're no match for me and my buddy. Forgot how bad the harness jerks against ya, but nothin' a hot bath won't help. I missed the smella blood.

How ya doin', bright eyes? Don't worry 'bout me, okay? This is what I do. What I was doin' for my whole life before the assholes picked me up and brought me here. Things okay back there? I don't like leavin' ya behind, but you should be safer there than here. Unless they'd let me leave ya in these rooms. These rooms are great, by the way. Way better than my rooms on Peacemillion. Those sucked.
I asked Sheik ta look out for you, okay? Be nice to the guy. He's been upset since Valentine's Day. Can't blame him. Surprised anyone in the house is talking to us. At least we had fun. Lotta fun. But ya can't blame Sheik for not wantin' ta be around. Not ta mention I think the Malnosso were screwin' around with him when they had him. Take cara him while he's protectin' you.

I'm leavin' Hijiri in your hands. Like I told ya, don't let anything happen ta him. If you let anything happen ta him while I'm havin' fun killin' these guys, I'm gunna twist your ears. If you let anything happen to yourself I'm gunna put you on a short leash and not let you outta my sight 'til I think you can take better care of yourself. You hear me? Good. You can keep workin' at Azzip while I'm gone, if ya want, but bring Hijiri with ya. He can play his violin and wait tables ta keep busy.
