An interesting thing happened this morning. Last night, I brushed my tongue. this morning I woke up with the thrush on my tongue controlled and has been throughout the day. This is quite suprising. I still wake up with mucus, a chest xray is in order.
Did the ususal. pooped last night around 1am.
pooped massively in the morning. and then again a bit more.
did the usual during dinner. cooked some ground beef with mixed veggies, had that for dinner with brown rice.
tonight, Kleri-tea stepped for 7-8min with FLora Protect.
