Vondelparking..
I've had a pretty relaxing day, all in all today. Spent most of this morning/afternoon sitting on a bench under a tree, watching ducks swim on a lake, crazy Dutch cyclists do their thing while reading a book. The Vondelpark is quite a nice place to spend time like that.
The Vondelpark (or Fondlepark, as it's perfectly legal to have a fondle there, or more, if you so feel inclined. And apparently many do at night) is quite a good place to spend hours doing absolutely nothing. No plans, no to-do lists - not purpose except relaxation. That's a holiday.
