Surreal Moment of the day: Calling up Customer Service Departments of the company in others parts of the word to check out how their IVR/Phone greetings sounds:
Canada: Common, very common!
Austria/Switzerland: Horny, phonesex kinda voice.
Australia: Pissed off at you for ringing!
It was funnier than it sounds. Even in the bad moments, there are these little gems of fun. Despite the crap money etc etc, *this* is what i'll miss about my job, and it's why I came back in the first place.
