Have just spent the night in work with Jay.
Brain fried.
Murderous thoughts increased by a factor of 55.
Hatred of people who like boy-bands music increased by factor of 2.
Hatred of people who play same CD over and over and over and over.....increased exponentially.
Cigarettes smoked per breaktime also increasing. Estimated age of death if working with Jay continues: 28
Other random thought: Shame of falling upstairs....definitely worse than falling down. At least falling down you have the excuse of gravity. Upstairs, it would appear you can claim stupidity at best.
Mark wants us to go to post-conference party in fancy dress. (It's a retro themed thing). Brady Bunch/Prisoner Cellblock H/Cast of Dynasty/ Famous Five/Abba all discussed. Definite camp influence to be detected within ideas. Am going to suggest going as the Village People. Easy for me to pretend I'm builder, all I need to do is find a builders hat! Can't see that being easy, bar theft of object from building site.
Neil texted (again!). He's nothing if not persistant. Made a fool of myself by replying to one saying "yes I remember it well when I saw you standing there that night in the club". I misread the text as saying "Do you remember the 1st time we met?" instead of "do you remember the lst time we met." I'm sure he will now think I'm not paying much attention to his text messages...which is technically true (didn't want him to know that though!), plus I was in the middle of getting changed for work (late) at the time.
