Murder on the shopfloor
Arrghh, just been out doing the last pre-christmas shopping bits. It was horrific!!! Queues everywhere, and stress city.
Further than that, I vow never to go shopping with my mother again. It was like a mutant cross between having Mother from Absolutely Fabulous and Alan Partridge alongside you as you work. [Mega-groan!]
Anyway, something must be up with Neil. He *rang* me up last night, to tell me he was going out, and to let him know if I was coming up to Dublin again. I'm rather suspicious of this sudden increase of texting...and now an actual phone call!!! I suspect all is not well between him and his boyfriend and he's trying to get me back on side incase they break up...which of course he won't do...so I'm not really caring much. I do hope he's alright though, cos depite all, I still like the guy - and he sounded strange on the phone last night...possibly even upset.
