When I was eating lunch outside the eaton center yesterday by all the chip trucks it was very pleasant. I was getting a tan, had my shades on so people couldn't see me looking at them. But then! Oh then! A lady, kinda actually looked normal, was digging through the garbage through all the take-out containers. Once she had gathered about 5 that looked pretty full she started throwing them at innocent bystanders and people that were leisurely eating there lunch!!! Including me!! And that's not the worst part. The reason why she was doing this was so that the people would be flocked by seagulls and pigeons!! I think I actually saw one of them snag this gangster's hot dog! And she was cackling like Tabatha off passions!
