454, party time
Long time no see!
Since I've been seeing a lot of posts on arafes 2013, I decided I might as well join in on the bandwagon and write up my own list of what I would vote for :D I ACTUALLY REWATCHED OLD CONCERTS TO DECIDE SO I ACTUALLY PUT A LOT OF THOUGHT INTO THIS. Except I went overboard and ended up with more than what I should be voting for BUT I GUESS IT'S OKAY BECAUSE I HAVE AN IPOD AND A PHONE? (If they stick with last year's voting system.....) And I guess this could be used as reference for future!me because I'm definitely going to forget which songs I want to vote for???

1. Dear My Friend iza now
I LOVE THIS SONG. I am so sure it won't make it since it's such an oldie but ;__; IT'S SUCH A NICE SONG and MATSUMIYA WEIRD DANCE Idek I just really really want them to sing it again :'(
2. Natsu no Namae one
Natsu no namae ahhhh my favourite ;_; I think any song with 'natsu' or 'summer' in it is an instant favourite. SUMMER-Y THINGS MAKE ME HAPPY.
3. Once Again dream 'a' live
I SAW A CRAPPY FANCAM VERSION OF THIS AND W H Y HAVE THEY NOT PERFORMED THIS MORE OFTEN???? THIS LEADS BACK TO THE TOPIC OF WHY DAL WASN'T RELEASED AS A DVD BECAUSE I GET UPSET EVERY TIME I THINK ABOUT IT AND JUST :(:(:(
B sides:
1. Boom Boom lotus
This was surprisingly one of the few songs that I actually liked on first listen. A lot of the songs grow on me but ahhhh THE DANCE TO THIS WOULD BE SO GOOD. (or maybe not because tokei was such a letdown imo)
2. Ichioku no Hoshi happiness
I think this made it into top 10 in arafes 2012 BUT IT WASN'T PERFORMED and I voted for it :(:(:(
3. Time Capsule dear snow
This is pretty much the Aimiya song for me. 野球選手になる夢も WITH THE HANDS OVER SHOULDERS AHHHH

2. Aozora Pedal
Because I saw the pv making the other day and ahhhh good times :')
3. PIKANCHI DOUBLE
I don't care if it's pretty much sang at every single concert but MOST SINGLES ARE LIKE THAT? Hur. I prefer this over happiness, kitto daijoubu, love so sweet, sakura sake and... yeah.
Solos (because they should just give solos their own section):
Aiba: Yasashikutte sukoshi baka iza now
I JUST HAVE SO MANY FEELS FOR THIS SONG. NO ONE EVER SEEMS TO UNDERSTAND MY FEELS LOL but this is my favourite Aiba solo (EVEN THO IT'S NOT A SOLO SONG I KNOW) and just dkslamsakga I want to see this performed again.
Jun: La familia iza now
Contrary to popular belief, I actually have a favourite J solo ha ha ha. This is considered tame in comparison to all the other solos he's been singing but TAME J IS THE BEST J TBH. WITH HIS CLOTHES ON. NOT STRIPPING. Yeah.

uGh don't make me choose I have too many I want to vote for and I AM SO GLAD GIMMICK GAME MADE IT INTO ARAFES 2012 SDJGLFKASDMGA I WOULDN'T MIND A GIMMICK GAME 2013 VERSION THO SOBS
Ohno: Top Secret iza now
My favourite Ohno solo!!! All the solos after Take Me Faraway sound the same to me tbh... So pretty much any Ohno solo pre-08 is good for me!
Sho: Anti Anti iza now
I feel like Sho has calmed down over the years so making him go back to his wairudo emo self would be amusing. Kind of.
Honourable mentions (read: I have too many songs I want to vote for):
Intergalactic Endless Game: I WOULD LOVE TO VOTE FOR THIS BECAUSE THE PERFORMANCE WOULD BE AMAZING AND GREAT but I'm sure other people would vote for it since it's more recent so I'm going to save my vote for some old songs :D
O-rai!! or Alright!! or whatever it's called Calling x Breathless: same reason as above BUT I STILL LOVE IT
Joy Beautiful World: HOW FUN WOULD THIS BE TO SING IN A CONCERT? I liked it ever since I heard it in the training camp and ahhhh so many memories.
So yeah, I think I really like the iza now album/con. Second favourite after time!

And anyway, update on my life:
- Halfway through my second year of university and I'm finally seeing some relevance to the stuff I learn to actual teaching. First year was such a waste.
- Haven't been putting in enough (?) effort in keeping in contact with my HS friends because I'm starting to think they don't even care about me as much as I do for them, sooo what's the point?
- Strangely excited for Yamapi's new drama!
- Also did not know the 0409 column ended. Wow.... I think I stopped reading translations from the 61st volume and it's now up to 100 and it ended.. :/
- Strangely addicted to Kazoku Game? And appreciating Sho? THIS IS SO WEIRD.
- Just finished editing my 3000 word prac report and sort of multitasking with preparation with my Japanese speaking task in three days :(
- I'm excited for the AKB elections but I'm going to miss about half of it because of my friend's birthday and noooo :'(
- I know this shouldn't be a dot point but I wonder when I'll be bothered to update again?
