a bad case of the dizzies
saturday...festival...did pretty well, mrs. ozolins called later on to inform me that not only did i get a superior on my solos, but alaina did too, and katie. anddd! alaina and i got superiors on our duets. so that was really cool. got breakfast ish things with marty...came home and cleaned, blah...PICKED JOEY UP AT THE AIRPORT! it was really fun. i'm really happy he's home. went to the mall with joey, didn't really get much...came home, picked up mary...went out for a little while..saw a little bit of the pacifier. italy...haha, my parents were asking so many questions on why i wasnt with mary..and who i was with. drove ben and mary home...
sunday---don't remember. i think i just slept and did stuff all day. ohh! drove up with joey, that was fun. to ann arbor for dinner with me, joey, matt, ryan, emily, my parents, and my aunt and uncle. so that was fun. very sketchy pizza place though. came home.
monday--school. filmed for kali's mocumentary during free. "yeah, ned cheated on me last weekend. but i forgave him. ...twice." sally simpson is such a whore. but jenna berry is an even bigger one. haha. wooo.. 'what do you think of anna rose?' one word. prude. hha mary. 'jenna berry is such a slut. but i TOTALLY idolize her!' lacrosse started...ehh. tired.
today...left during free period with joey and went to my ortho. the ladies were like singing candyshop and theyre like damnnn! that is a nasty nasty song. and then another one was like yeah, what about that one thats like i wanna lick lick lick lick you from your head to your toes... my daughter did that for a dance recital! then joey and i went for sandwiches. potbelly is really good. saw some guys that i thought were the twins...but sadly, they werent. came back to school..went to lacrosse.
lax-did this weird sprinting thing. i stopped when i couldnt see any longer. i made to 7-3. it wasnt good. got sort of dizzy.
then..like a little more than halfway through practice oakley was explaining/demonstrating something and i completely zoned out. she was like 'nicole, can you do it with me?' and i had NO idea what was going on. and then i got really dizzy once we had to start doing something. then..i couldnt see, sort of got shaky, gor really lightheaded, got a headache, had trouble breathing, and just started freaking out. started crying so i told oakley i had to sit down. everyone was reallyyyy helpful though. thanks guys. mary godvin thought i was having an anxiety attack. it could have been any of the following:
1. anxiety attack
2. electrolyte imbalance (there was doctor dad there watching the boys practice talking to me about electrolytes and blood sugar)
3. low blood sugar
4. lack of sleep
5. lack of oxygen to the brain
6. severe sinuses
7. too much stress on my body (physical/emotional/mental)
whatever it was. it was really scary. im sure a big part of it was just shock. so i got some food and some fresh air and sat down for a while..and mary helped me do some breathing stuff. and then i came home and slept for like 3 hours.
joey is playing with his remote control car. outside. haha, we put a headlight on it.
ok...homework still, then more sleep. dont know if im going to lax tomorrow, we're running outside. and i might have some appointments...hmm..
