Yay for Ning's final year! I'm right there behind you (I start my second to last, and most overloaded, year week after next.)

:O Good luck to you too, then! I always find it intimidating to overload, haha. Don't know what I'm afraid of, though. :P

I'm a science student, so I'm on a technical overload (because of the labs I have to take) which the school doesn't exactly count, but is (from when I did the last one, which had fewer labs) as stressful as a real overload course. If you can keep ahead of it you'll be fine, though. :)

Omgosh, I know how that goes! The time taken for lab work makes it feel more like 1.5 modules instead of just 1. I thought it was bad enough to have more than 1 modules that require lab work. :X

Keep your head above the water! :) Let's all make it good for school! :D

You too. What are you doing after you graduate? (Or have you figured that out yet?)

*tiny voice* I'm not sure yet, to be honest. I'm not exactly enjoying what I'm studying right now, so... :\ *sigh*

My friends keep telling me to follow my dreams of baking healthy desserts, though I fail more often than I succeed. :P And I know nothing about doing a business, haha. Of course, I can rope someone else in for the business side of things, but I don't have many recipes that can pass the tests of normal (aka used to super sweet/salty food) tastebuds. XD

Well, you never do know what you're going to get out of life. A little bit more experimentation and you might get it. (Have you tried carrots instead of banannas? They get sweeter when cooked, unlike banannas.)

I'd taste test for you, but we're half a world away, and the resolution to lose ten pounds is not helped by the food at school. Not helped at all. ;)

(Eep, I almost forgot to reply you!)

Carrots sound like a pretty good suggestion! I've seen people using things like beetroot as well. :D Wonder if the taste will match chocolate, though. Other than citrus fruits, I haven't found anything else that paired with chocolate nicely, heh. (I see people making coconut chocolate muffins all the time, but when I made coconut chocolate muffins the last time, nobody enjoyed it. Including me. Maybe it was just personal preference. XD)

Haha, try packing your own lunch? ;) I do that all the time (to save money, heh.)

Problem is, I live on campus, and our fridge situation is dire. Dire, I tell you, it's the size of a nightstand.

I tried to do no meat for one day a week for most of this summer, but that only seems to work when there's veggies in season. Oh well.

Ever had Carrot cake? My grandma loves making it because she grew up in the great depression and world war 2, so things like eggs, butter, milk, and sugar were rationed. Of course, she grew up on a farm so she got milk and eggs, at least, more often, but there's practically no sugar in carrot cake. Make some carrot-cake chocolate chip muffins, they're delicious.

Oh, the coconut's gotta be personal preference. You either love it or you hate it: I love it, my brother hates it.

LOL the size of a nightstand omg! Imagine having me as your flattie: I buy 2 2L milk bottles everytime because I go to a very far place to get them cheaper and stock up on food whenever there are sales! :P

Oh yes, I do enjoy carrot cakes, but not the carrot-grating process, haha! The carrot cake recipes I have came across all required sugar, though. I GOT CHEATED! O_O

Eh, the thing is, I love eating coconut: coconut flesh, coconut water, coconut milk in waffles and pancakes and curries and everything else. Except chocolate. XD It simply doesn't match!

*Walks in* Ning, why is the fridge completely full of milk?

I'm not sure exactly how much sugar goes into a carrot cake... maybe you're right. I haven't made one in a couple of years.

Huh. Most of the people I know who don't like coconut just can't stand the texture. To each their own, I guess.

erm... *huddles with my milk bottles* what's wrong with drinking milk? I like drinking it. :P

Hahaha, the fridge isn't completely filled with milk, though. It's big enough for all 6 of us in the flat to get one entire level each: one section in the main compartment + one section at the door.

Hmm... maybe it's just us not being used to using coconut like this. I mean, it wasn't just me who didn't like the chocolate coconut muffins, it was everyone else who liked coconuts too.

Nothing. I'm just wondering why there's nothing else in the fridge.

Wow, there's six of you in the flat? At my school, we can hardly cram two into a single room. (This is also why we have fridges the size of nightstands...) Of course, my roommate has pet rats, which makes things very slightly more crowded.

Maybe. Coconut is kind of an acquired taste.

hahaha! eh, I still do eat other food; I'm not a baby! XD

There are 6 of us in one flat, but we all get a room each. :) We share the common facilities like kitchen and toilet and living area. (That's for when I was at NZ, not here, heh.) I think your type of accommodation is different, where you share common facilities with an entire floor or something? (That's similar to our universities here. ;))

Ah, I believe it's a tropical fruit. I grew up on tropical food, haha!

Yeah, the bathroom is for the whole floor, we've got to go to the caf (completely different building) and whatnot for food.

Those of us in the temperate north are used to coconut with chocolate and other deserts, instead of fresh coconut or coconut that hasn't been baked into something.
