Goddamnit. I can't even go to work today, because I didn't get paid yet, and the 75 cents I have would only get me as far as downtown, with no way to get back. My mother borrowed all the cash I had yesterday, and is now gone to some unemployment thing, so I don't know when she'll be back.
I'm running out of things to pawn.
I am *this* close to begging for money through PayPal, but I won't do it. My tax return will come in another week or so. I must have patience.
If any of you were, perhaps, wanting to do something like pre-order one of the handbags I'm just about ready to sell on the new site (extremely cute, nice stitching, funky fabric patterns, little clear pocket in the front to personalize with pictures, can even be done up with patches from Hot Topic on request, etc.), then you'd be more than welcome to e-mail me and perhaps make a Paypal deposit of something like 3 or 4 dollars (the purses will range in price from 10 to 15 bucks, no more than that) and you would get your purse in a few weeks, probably without even paying the rest of the balance because you'd done me such a favor.
I'm actually even trying out a waterproof canvas sporty sort of bag, since I observed with becala last monday at REI that most daypack-y things are butt ugly and too bloody expensive. (I actually plan on trying one this week, Becca - if it works out, it might be ready for your trip! Then you can be my promotional case all through Europe. :P)
