So frustrated... had to pull up the LJ again!
Here I am thinking that in my little world, people have evolved to the point of SOMEWHAT of equality. Not in the sense of a perfect world, but in a sense that THEY WOULDN'T MAKE IT SO OBVIOUS! Tell me if this makes sense to ANYONE..... Hire a new guy, with an EGO that is BREATHTAKING, and he meets with the CEO within 2 months to give him 'feedback' on the company/department, etc? HELLO? The new, white, guy, somewhat attractive, in his early 30's with NO backgroud in the field, NO experience in this type of setting, meets with the CEO? His 'feedback' is so great when he can't even follow the workflows established right now and is too lazy to figure things out so he throws it at his supervisor, ME, to complete. Then he, of course, takes the GLORY, like he knows what the hell he is doing? This guy is really going to screw things up with his uneducated ideas and I guess this just proves to me, you have to have a dick to get anywhere in my company.
All buy ONE VP/CEO... MEN in there late 30's early 40's, white, attractive to a degree....
How many MEN on the floor... the 'workers' 9, 3 men who happen to be gay, two black, 4 hispanic. Does ANYONE else see an issue here or am I just over sensative due to PMS?
