Magazines.com ROCKS.
Had to post to rave about Magazines.com! I just called to cancel a renewed subscription and request a refund, and they did so with no problems! MY CALL WAS ONE MINUTE LONG. No hassles, no pressure, so easy! I received an email over the weekend stating a magazine I'd subscribed to was going to be renewed and the charge was already submitted to my credit card (when you get the big discount deals for subscriptions, generally it signs you up for an 'instant-renewal' and I guess they hope you forget, right?). Well, I forgot...but turns out they have great customer service and I got it all reversed in no time. KUDOS!
