Mother's Day
SO my first mother's day was a hit!! I got breakfast (although it was cold) and dinner (and interesting endeavor) cooked for me...a chicken soup for the mother/daughter soul book from my parents, a bathrobe and bathstuff from my inlaws, a nice plaque from my husband and from my daughter...a t-shirt w/ her picture on it that says "Cailin's Mommy" Because once you become a mommy you lose your name my mom says and the book "are you my mother" because i have been looking for it for cailin...she also got a very nice little box from hallmark (I think it's willow something collection) and they made pictures at daycare.....
she and i tried a craft project for the grandma's but currently we are still on plan c of mother's day 2006....I need to get a picture printed for the finishing touch...I'll post pictures when it's done...
