I'm bemoaning the fact that summer has wound itself down, though not officially ended, because a San Francisco Summer doesn't happen until last August, but usually (and more likely) late September. I don't even know how people with "real" "seasons" even deal with it... It looks like the above picture almost all year 'round.
Speaking of seasons: I will actually get to see leaves changing and a back East autumn because.......
It's 9 weeks, 62 days before Boston. Yes, again. I honestly cannot believe I'm doing this again. I feel like I've snapped a little bit. This time I am staying for a whole week instead of a few days. It's possibly the worst time to visit with Heather because it's right before Halloween and she'll be working.
One of the things I hate about seasons is trying to figure out what I am going to wear! We basically wear leggings and slip on shoes or sandals all year here. It's 55-65*, with only a few hot days and a few cold days here and there. Two months of outfit planning? I guess I really AM a girl after all, ha ha!
Let's get back to summer: What a summer it has been! My best friend got married, my record came out and my birthday came and went and now I am getting ready to release something else! It never stops, sigh.
Maybe I will just blow off that deadline! hahaha! One of the nice things about being an independent artist is being able to have your own release schedule and do whatever you want, release when you want, without real limitations... it's also really bad for motivation.
Squeak in a few more adventures before summer "ends?" Hmmm?
